Ingredients:
Organic dried elderberries, Ceylon cinnamon, star anise, clove, fresh ginger root, organic rose hips, mullein leaf, raw local organic honey.

Serving Suggestion:
Adults: 1 tablespoon daily for immune support. Up to 1 tablespoon 2–3 times daily during times of illness.
Children (over 1 year): 1 teaspoon daily. Up to 1 teaspoon 2–3 times daily when needed.

Do not give honey to children under 1 year old.
