Dandelion Sun Shield Cream is a rich, creamy botanical mineral balm handcrafted with nourishing herbal-infused avocado oil, luxurious plant butters and oils, and non-nano zinc oxide to support soft, healthy, hydrated skin while you enjoy time outdoors.

Our avocado oil is slowly infused in-house with dandelion, green tea, calendula, and broadleaf plantain—a thoughtfully selected blend of antioxidant-rich and traditionally skin-soothing botanicals. The herbal infusion is combined with raspberry seed oil, carrot seed oil, shea butter, beeswax, vitamin E, lavender, helichrysum, and non-nano zinc oxide to create a smooth, moisturizing cream that glides beautifully across the skin.

Use it on both the face and body. Its nourishing, creamy texture also works wonderfully as a moisturizing base beneath makeup.

Why Dandelion?

Often dismissed as an ordinary weed, dandelion has been treasured in traditional herbal practices for generations. It contains naturally occurring antioxidants and plant compounds that help nourish the skin and support its defenses against environmental stress and oxidative damage.

Emerging laboratory research is also exploring the potential role of dandelion leaf and flower extracts in supporting skin exposed to ultraviolet stress. Although research is ongoing, these promising properties are one more reason this resilient little plant has earned a place in our botanical skincare.

How to Use

Massage a generous, even layer onto clean, dry skin before spending time outdoors. Apply to exposed areas of the face and body, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.

Allow several minutes for the cream to absorb before applying makeup.

Reapply as needed and after swimming, heavy sweating, towel drying, or extended time outdoors.

Because this is a handcrafted botanical product made without synthetic stabilizers, natural variations in color and texture may occur. The cream may become softer in warm temperatures and firmer in cooler temperatures. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
