How To Use

Using the included wooden spoon, scoop out a small amount, warm between your fingers and massage thoroughly into the skin.

Apply once or twice daily to areas such as the:

• Lower abdomen
• Lower back
• Inner thighs
• Hips
• Wrists and arms
• Chest and décolletage
• Feet

For normal cyclical breast tenderness, gently massage onto the breast area while avoiding the nipples.

During your monthly cycle, apply to the lower abdomen or lower back as desired. It also makes a beautiful nighttime ritual when massaged into the abdomen, thighs, lower back or feet before bed.

Important Wild Yam Information

Wild Yam is sometimes referred to as natural progesterone, but Wild Yam itself does not contain progesterone. It naturally contains diosgenin, a plant compound that can be used in a laboratory to manufacture certain hormones, but the human body has not been shown to convert topical Wild Yam into progesterone.

Our Wild Yam Cream Butter contains no added progesterone and is not hormone replacement therapy.
